CYCLONE FURNACE
The cyclone kiln is a biomass (rice husk) burning equipment used for the generation of hot air for the operation of grain dryers. The kiln is designed for a perfect coupling to our dryers, allowing the use of rice husk for grain drying, avoiding the use of non-renewable fossil fuels such as natural gas, diesel, fuel oil, etc., and replacing the use of renewable fuels such as wood, which allows us to frame this equipment as an ecological alternative in the generation of hot air for grain drying.
Principle of Operation
The cyclone furnace is proposed as a solution to optimize some of the factors that govern combustion (turbulence-time), in order to work with the minimum excess of combustion air (maximum efficiency) and ensure complete combustion (maximum cleanliness and safety).
The system consists of keeping the combustible particles in aerodynamic lift, rotating inside the chamber, mixed with the combustion air itself. This allows the particles to have the best exchange conditions through turbulence.
The result is practically perfect combustion, free of smoke, with minimum excess air and total absence of carbonaceous particles, equivalent to maximum efficiency and cleanliness, minimum operating and maintenance costs.

Features and Benefits
Possibility of installing numerous furnaces in a single area due to its reduced diameter dimensions.
Self-controlled husk feeding system by a variable speed drive with PID control ensures a constant and regular heat supply and reduces the time between initial start-up and start of operation (the temperature rises from ambient to operating temperature in less than 10 minutes). The temperature is then maintained with an accuracy of +/-1°C above the set temperature.
The connection system has been designed for maximum compatibility with our dryers, thus maximizing drying performance.
The design foresees a total lining of the internal surface of the kiln with quality refractory material, which will allow for constant and uninterrupted operation.
Due to the significant improvement in rice quality, since the oven heats the process air in a uniform manner avoiding sudden temperature variations.
Their operation does not generate pollutants or dirt, so they can be installed in urban areas, inside closed sheds and adjacent to the dryers.
The swirling air vortex forces the ash to fall to the bottom where it is cooled to a temperature of approximately 40°C without the need for additional cooling systems or water spray.
Possible adaptation to several types of dryers simultaneously (depending on the capacity of the oven and dryers).
The double cyclone system creates a vortex of air and scale. In this way, a complete combustion free of polluting fumes and hot, clean and environmentally friendly air is obtained. As a result of the high combustion efficiency, dioxins and furans are not formed, unlike furnaces of other technologies, which have low combustion efficiency and do present these polluting elements of the family of persistent organic compounds (POPs).
Due to its high heat generation capacity and automated management, it facilitates the operation and temperature control in the operation of the equipment.
The drying equipment to which the hot air is supplied is not subject to contamination since the combustion air is practically free of smoke.
The use of a waste product from rice processing such as rice husks represents a significant fuel saving by avoiding the use of fossil fuels such as gas, diesel or coal.
