Horizontal mixer

Mixing system by means of a paddle rotor or reverse pitch helical ribbons.

Main body (trough and covers) built in SAE 1010 carbon steel, external coating with polyurethane paint. Central shaft mounted on first brand self-aligning-oscillating type bearings. Inspection covers on top cover and air transfer duct.

Transmission by means of gear train reducer in oil bath, with hollow shaft directly coupled to the mixer shaft. Discharge system with hinged gates for high product outlet speed, electro-pneumatically operated by means of double acting cylinders and locking system in the closing.
