Horizontal hammer mill

Constructed in black sheet metal painted with polyurethane enamel with thicknesses of 1/8″ in side doors, 1/4″ in its base and exterior front plates, 3/8″ in its wear plates and 1/2″ in anchoring pieces.

Electronically balanced cylindrical rotor with heat-treated rectangular hammers. First brand (SKF) self-aligning-oscillating type bearings. Mechanical connection to motor by means of GUMMI elastic coupling. Anti-vibration blocks on the mill supports.

High permeability perforated plate screen, easy to remove. Hinged flap at the feed inlet to reverse the direction of rotation of the rotor, with pneumatic drive and position detection by means of limit switches. The mill is equipped with a top brand three-phase motor.
