GALVANIZED GRAIN ELEVATORS

Grain elevators JMG® are built entirely in galvanized sheet metal with transport capacities up to 600 T/h (corn base). The construction of pants, lower and upper heads are made of galvanized sheet with reinforcements. Outstanding components: Drive shaft built in SAE 1045 and rubberized drive pulley with double chevron, squirrel cage type tensioning pulley, ladders with man protection (totally galvanized), upper platform with foot guard and handrails.

All JMG® equipment is driven by a high-performance direct-coupled drive unit (no belt or chain drive) consisting of an oil-bath helical geared motor reducer, an elastic chain coupling and a three-phase electric motor.
