The redlers JMG® are built entirely in galvanized sheet metal with conveying capacities up to 600 T/h (corn base). They also have UHMW (ultra high density polyethylene) anti-wear drag plates and HDPE (high sensibility polyethylene) return rollers that reduce noise and improve transport functionality. 

All JMG® equipment is driven by a high-performance direct-coupled drive unit (no belt or chain drive) consisting of an oil-bath helical geared motor reducer, an elastic chain coupling and a three-phase electric motor.
