COUNTERFLOW VERTICAL COOLER

Available in different cooling capacities, with an outlet temperature of approximately 5°C above ambient temperature.

Level control by means of rotating blades sensor. PLC for control of different working modes (by levels or timer and sweep function for cooler discharge). Stainless steel roof painted with polyurethane enamel. (Optional: Tank body made of stainless steel).

Discharge system by means of a pneumatically operated sliding grate, whose long-life cylinders are controlled by bistable solenoid valves and speed regulators. 

Exclusive design in the air intake system avoiding the use of perforated sheet metal, thus preventing the clogging of the orifices, eliminating the need for periodic cleaning.
